Use this option to submit concerns regarding the conduct, practices, or activities of a certified organization that may impact its certification status. Examples include: • Customer complaints • Ethical concerns • Governance issues • Misleading business practices • Failure to uphold trust commitments • Material changes affecting certification

Submission of a complaint or report does not automatically result in suspension, revocation, or other action. False, malicious, defamatory, or misleading submissions may be rejected or referred to the appropriate authorities where necessary.
